The first high season is over.

First I need to apologize for not writing a blog post in a very long time. I wanted to, I even sat down at the kitchen table with the laptop and started, but I had a very busy high season. I would like to publicly thank every guest who stayed at Casa De Compai over the three years. Without your business I wouldn’t be writing this post now, and I am grateful ! I am also grateful to the new friendships I made and old friendships as well.

Living room and kitchen.

The six new one bedroom condos are better than I planned. My Contractor Nolberto Moto and his staff did an excellent job. I have, in my opinion the nicest boutique condo complex on the North Coast. I was surprised when I saw how large the new units feel with the ten foot ceilings. The open floor plan adds to this. I kept the same furniture package that the first three units have. I really like the mission style look and feel. Plus it being mahogany makes for easy maintenance. I outfitted the kitchens still American Brand appliances and very nice pot and pans. In the living room is a hd tv with internet tv channels. There is a granite table and chairs, and a water cooler. From the livingroom there is a power room so guests don’t have to go into the bedroom for use the restroom.

Bedroom with office table.

In bedroom there is a cedar walk in closet and another utility closet. The bedroom has a double pillow top on a king size bed! There is also a granite table and mirror that can be used as a computer office space or a make up table for the ladies. There is a tv mounted in front of the bed as well. The bedroom has a d.c.inverter a/c unit to be very energy efficient.

The full bathroom.

The full bathroom has a glass walled shower unit and a mahogany and marble bathroom vanity. All the windows have screens and blackout curtains in the bedroom.

Each Unit has has balcony with two mahogany rocking chairs with cushions!
