Pig Roast!!

One of the things I enjoy about my new life is the social aspect of my business. Lets think about this, people usually start their vacation happy. Its my job to provide the tools to maintain that. I offer a great product at a very fair price and services very few condo owners offer for free. One example is free maid service if a client rents longer than a week. There are many owners who charge a cleaning fee at check out, on top of any cleaning provided durning the vacation. 

   One other thing I can offer that very few complexes can do is group rentals. Since I am a boutique condo complex of ten units I have the availability to rent rent the whole complex to groups, special events, corporate get aways. The opportunities are many. My favorite are the groups of clients looking to get away and chill.  At Casa De Compai I provide a free pig roast when a group rents the whole complex. 

   The person I get provide the pig roast is a very good friend of mine, Mike from Northern Coast Diving. Mike knows how to do a pig roast correctly. First we decide the amount of people.  I set up the pig roast so each tent can bring a guess. I prefer to make it as much as a party as I can, so the more the merrier. I set it event around the pool, because the pool is the center point for any event in the Caribbean!! I provide all the paper products and the food. The guest bring the drinks of their choice.

   On the day of this pig roast we had a 25 pound pig, with a potato salad, a green salad , rice and beans.  I have to say the individual who enjoyed the pig roast the most was Shadow. She had the time of her life chewing on the pigs hooves, she burried three of them on the property. She was eating pig for a week.It was another happy week  in the life of Shadow and all of the guest enjoyed the pig roast. They were very thankful and appreciative , as the owner I couldn’t have asked for a better response!
