- Electric Usage – The electric used by the renter isn’t cover in the rent.Casa De Compai awards the clients with $20.00 of free electric usage. Any electric charges that are over $20.00 are the responsibility of the client/renter to pay at checkout.The electric meter is recorded at check in and out for an exact amount of electric used.
- No to Subletting – Subletting is strictly prohibited. The sofa is not to be used as a bed for accommodating friends of the renter who booked the condo via Airbnb.
- Condo Rules – These rules and regulations have been developed for the safety of the guests of Casa De Compai, and to preserve an attractive appearance, while maintaining the property and a high quality of life. John Compai Kumpel envisions creating a tranquil retreat where guests can fully enjoy their stay.
- Use of Units and Grounds – Use of the units are for the individual who rented the unit. Each unit is limited to 2 person per bed, and sub letting is not allowed. This means renters are not permitted to allow others, including friends, to sleep on the sofa or any other part of the unit.
- Restrictions – No parties or events, or families or children and no minors. Anyone caught doing illegal drug on the property will be escorted off the premise. Please be respectful of other guests.
- Guests – The sofa is not considered a bed. Guest are allowed and limited to 1 guest per renter at a time. No guest is allowed to stay longer than 24 hours unless permission is granted by John Compai Kumpel.
- Access – Motoconcho and taxi drivers, street venders, anyone John Kumpel doesn’t feels belongs in Casa De Compai will be denied entry. This includes your (usually male) friend that secures the great prices on thing you purchase.
- Security – Every guest must leave their cedula with security. This is to insure the well being of the person renting the unit, and their property, and Casa De Compai. The person who brings a guest on site is responsible for that guests behavior.
- Conduct
- Loud music, noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- The units will be used in a manner that is not destructive. No personal items are to be left in the hallways or stairs.
- All garbage will be bagged and placed in the trash bins provided
- Casa De Compai is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking Policy – Please smoke on the balcony or around the pool. Smoking is not allowed in the units. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the unit.
- No items are to be placed on railings.
- Use of the common Area
- The roof and pump house are off limits to guests.
- No-one is permitted to go behind the buildings, or disturb the backup generator, propane, or electrical equipment.
- No vehicles, golf carts, mopeds, motorcycles are allowed inside the complex.
- If a person disturbs the security cameras they will be escorted off the property.
- Use of the Pool
- No glass is allowed around the pool. If a guest breaks glass in the pool, and draining the pool is necessary that person will be responsible for the cost to clean and refill the pool.
- No nudity or sexual behavior is allowed.
- No diving or running in the pool and pool area.
- No loud music or disruptive behavior or party or events.
