Included in Rent: All government taxes, Propane for cooking, high speed WiFi internet and all amenities. Maid and laundry service can be purchased on site.
Not included: Electricity usage, which is on average US$1.50 per day.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
It is very important to us that all of our guests have the perfect vacation, with no surprises, so please note the following before you book.
- We do not accept pets or children.
- Check in time is after 1pm and check out time is 10 am.
- The units are for the individual who rented the unit and each is limited to 2 persons per bed with no sub letting. Please note that the sofa is not a bed!
- In order to be respectful of other guests, we do not allow loud music or disruptive behavior nor parties or events without prior agreement by John Compai Kumpel for a special occasion.
- Guests are allowed but, only one per client and for no longer than 24 hours unless prior permission is granted. Any client who has a guest , the guest will provide and leave a government issued ID and sign the visitor sign in/out logbook at the guest house prior to entering the clients apartment or public area.
- The units are all non smoking
- Casa De Compai adheres to the laws of the Dominican Republic.
